A lazy wind

A lazy wind

mind that wind doesn't cut you in two

There’s a saying among some people to describe a cold and biting wind –

It’s a lazy wind – it would go through you rather than around you.

This photograph was taken at the start of March this year and is the view at Garrettstown beach with the beach and sea to your back.  I was on a wander with the kids (what your parents would have called ‘a spin’).

I have warmed the colours in this as it would look like the view from a Siberian gulag otherwise.

This is the beach that the events from the promise of custard creams took place.
