The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2011 annual report for this blog.
Here’s an excerpt:
The concert hall at the Sydney Opera House holds 2,700 people. This blog was viewed about 12,900 times in 2011. If it were a concert at Sydney Opera House, it would take about 5 sold-out performances for that many people to see it.
The WordPress monkeys are great at the trendy graphics but they’re not so cool with the abacus. They seem to have filed their 2011 report sometime in mid-November as they have underestimated my ‘sprint for the line’ with all the photographs in December.
I counted 154 posts as opposed to the reported 88 and the number of visitors was about 12,900. I’m just too lazy to count the number of photographs.
I know the numbers aren’t stratospheric but then, if all your friends were reading this, you’d hardly feel special.
Although, it has a health warning.
