Happy birthday Brendan

His legs are long, his times are low and judging by this photo it has always been this way.

Brendan has become a veteran and
has a whole new set of pbs to achieve.

Happy birthday. 😉

  1. Yeah that’s Brendan all right, always on the move.

I’m surprised with the lack on advice on your strategy for Ballycotton. Last year during ultra training I ran 5 miles beforehand and 3 miles after (much tougher as the heart is not in it) and ran the race as a progression run so that I was continually passing others and playing cat and mouse with a few more – great fun – nearly an all out sprint at the end (all relative of course)
